Jill Spear and Josh Cohen both join as Vice Presidents to the company, both bringing extensive experience in medical imaging and healthcare and further strengthening Alara’s position as a digital health leader.
Jill Spear - Vice President
Jill Spear comes to Alara with over three decades of experience in the medical imaging industry. She most recently served as EVP, Sales & Customer at Volpara Health, where she led teams that managed the customer experience from orders to renewals. Jill’s global and regional operations and leadership roles, coupled with her Six Sigma Master Black Belt, have equipped her with the expertise to drive operational excellence at Alara. “My focus for the past 15 years has been bringing innovation and patient outcomes together with technology startups,” said Jill. “At Alara, we have the opportunity to not only save lives through our software, but also to accelerate research and harness data for significant patient impact. Josh Cohen - Vice President
Josh Cohen brings with him a wealth of experience from his prior role as Chief Commercial Officer at Cortechs.ai, where he led teams focused on integrating AI solutions to improve outcomes in oncology and neurology. Josh has held leadership positions at several leading healthcare companies, including Philips and Shared Imaging, where he was instrumental in driving growth and building strategic partnerships. “I’m excited to join Alara at a time when the company is poised for exponential growth,” said Josh. “Our mission to enhance patient outcomes through medical imaging advancements resonates with me, and I look forward to helping expand our reach and impact in radiology.”
